Keep your key safe. Don't use ClaudeOpus to do anything illegal, abusive, or competitive to us. Everything else is probably fine.
The agreement
By using ClaudeOpus (the Service), you agree to these terms. The Service is an API proxy to an upstream AI model provider. If you don't want these terms to apply to you, don't use it.
What you can do
Use the API key you were issued to make model requests through the provided endpoint, in volumes consistent with your plan. Integrate it into your tooling, your IDE, your internal services. Build products that call it. All fine.
What you can't do
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal where you operate, to impersonate anyone, to train a competing model on its outputs, or to evade budget and rate limits. You may not resell access without an explicit reseller plan.
Keys and accounts
Your API key authenticates requests as you. Treat it like a password. We will suspend or rotate keys if we see abuse, compromise, or suspicious patterns. Lost keys are replaced by your admin.
Uptime, more or less
We aim for high availability but make no contractual guarantee of any specific uptime percentage. The Service depends on an upstream provider; if they go down, we go down.
Your content
You keep everything. We claim no license over your prompts, your outputs, or anything else you send through. The ClaudeOpus brand, the dashboard UI, and this website are ours — don't clone them.
Liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Our total liability for any claim is capped at whatever you paid us in the month the claim arose, or fifty US dollars, whichever is less.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Service after updates means you accept them. Material changes will be reflected by a bumped revision date on this page.
Termination
Either side can end the relationship at any time. If you stop paying (where applicable), your keys are deactivated. If you violate these terms, we may suspend immediately.
